In my experience, the best way to describe a sprinkler system walk through is to imagine a crime scene investigation. With nearly ten years experience specializing in repairs and service, I can look at a sprinkler system and quickly assess the situation. I’ll tell you what’s missing, what should or shouldn’t be there, what not to ignore and provide solutions at a fair price.

I will waste no time in diagnosing the problem and identifying some possible solutions. Before any work is performed, together we can identify the best solution and agree on how to proceed. There will be no surprise costs when we wrap up our work.

One of my biggest insights over the years is that some “crime scenes” show evidence of a contractor’s bad decision making. For example, when pouring concrete, sprinklers can be easily moved with a quick service call. Some contractors disregard common sense in the interest of saving a couple of hours. What could have been a simple job, turned into a much more costly one.

Other “crime scenes” can be traced back to Mother Nature. Tree roots, for instance, proliferate and leave unnoticed damage until the pipes break and cause a line leak.
